Timeless, melancholic and emotional- highly touching music. It is Pallbearers' most thoughtful one and the opener is my song of the year.

Nice to see Pallbearer playing with some slowcore
influences on this one. This release was
unexpected surprise for me as I'm usually not
into metal.

Undeniably solid record but my main gripe is the same as it has been since they started making "softer" music, bro's voice is just not good enough to carry the quiet parts so they feel kinda cringe. Good players though and enjoyable background music. Little too uneventful for my taste.

a mixed bag but definitely better than forgotten days - more great moments than not-so-great moments. without wanting to criticise brett's vocal ability he caters more soaring, epic music than quieter moments and i wish the music reflected that strength a bit more.
