So a quick glance at the kid's ratings and I see:

I like that album, don't get me wrong. But I picture this kid really loving it, like its the best thing he's ever heard. He's all excited about it so he goes and shoots semen all over the comments section of one of its reviews. Pretty standard.
Now picture this, KILL comes in the thread and just straight shits on the kid and his taste in typical KILL fashion. I imagine this happening in other threads from other users and so on.
So the kid checks out like 2 Death songs and goes "what the fuck is this shit??" and starts freaking out on DM, legitimately thinking it to be inferior to bands like BoO and whatever other gay shit he likes.
So he posts this list, which I think he actually believes the statement "Fuck Death Metal" to get back at all the KILLs out there.
Classic case of butthurt core fan who just hasn't seen the light yet when it comes to good metal. Instead of actually trying to give the music a chance, he shits all over it in order to piss DM fans off the way they've pissed him off in the past.
Still a troll, but it wasn't just someone saying "oh hey let me piss off some metal kids, that'll be funny"
