McMegaMountain 12.08.12	I'm fearful on the new Tool album. 10K Days was the worst album (still good tho), and the Puscifer shit has soiled the MJK consistency strain. He's releasing another EP early next year, and hopefully it doesn't influence the next album at all.

NecrogenicShrimp 12.08.12	Wow, I forgot the Ocean and Intronaut too. Post/sludge metal must've slipped my mind while I was making this. And also that really sucks about Opeth probably sticking to their Heritage sound, because while it's enjoyable, it's not as unique as their past material.

pedro70512 12.08.12	Staps has said the new Ocean album will be mostly or entirely instrumental, which is a little disappointing since Rosetti was great on Anthro. they've had some solid instrumental stuff before on Fluxion and Precambrian though.
Ignimbrite 12.08.12	"Trenches has been in development hell for years though =" A few months ago, they announced that they'd release an EP called "Reckoner" sometime this year, consisting of newly recorded material written before the hiatus, and that they'd drop a full-length of completely new stuff on December 21st. Apparently Jimmy Ryan is being a flake and taking a while to record his vocals so they've been pushed back, but it's actually happening this time.

Sapient. 12.15.12	the latest puscifer album was actually ok, so I don't think Maynard will have his head up his ass for the new Tool record... I really do hope it's good
