heyadam 05.11.13	The majority of his social interactions were awkward, and he was super smart. I thought it was a believable Spider-Man for sure. It wasn't a traditional take on a "nerd" per se, but it's definitely a believable portrayal for today's society. Also, it's a comic book movie. Things don't have to be perfectly true to anything because most comics blur the line between reality and fantasy. I guess that's why it didn't bother me too much

And Cyclops was killed because James Marsden was also acting in Superman Returns and didn't enough have time to appear in X3. Incidentally Superman Returns was boring as hell too.

Sony was already rendering Oscorp tower for the background of the first Avengers but there was a time-conflict because Avengers was in post-production and couldn't add it in. There's definitely a possibility he can be in a future film, but it is unlikely that he'll be in the second Avengers.

Plus it'll definitely set up some pretty intense character development in the rest of the films. I totally understand why people don't dig the film, but I liked it a lot. Definitely looking forward to the next one too
