All My Favorite Bands Are Dead!!!
So many of my favorite bands broke up. I guess it's better than them staying together and releasing crap..... But I still wonder what could have been.... |
1 | | Rodan Rusty
Better than Slint, yet their musical career was shorter than Madness, and half as short as Slint's, and they only had 1 album . |
2 | | Mr. Bungle Mr Bungle
Better than FNM. Mike Patton is good no matter what he does most of the time, but he was always at his best with Mr Bungle. |
3 | | Kyuss Blues For The Red Sun
When Kyuss broke up, I think it started a divide between stoners. The cool stoners who liked good music stayed listening to Bands like Kyuss, Fu Manchu, and Alabama Thunderpussy. While lame stoners that liked stupid crap went on to listen to things like ICP, and Limp Bizkit.... and... eesh.... Kottonmouth Kings |
4 | | Slint Spiderland
I guess they were too weird to get the mainstream airplay and accolades they truly deserved. |
5 | | Faith No More The Real Thing
A little low because it might've been the right time for them to break up. Still, I'd love to hear new Faith No More. |
6 | | Smashing Pumpkins Gish
I mean the "Real" Smashing Pumpkins. I'm getting tired of trying to like Zeitgeist, when I used to love SP albums instantly. |
7 | | Rage Against The Machine Evil Empire
They could've released the best album of their career if only they held on a little longer. They need to stop teasing and get in a studio. |
8 | | The Prodigy The Fat Of the Land
It's just not the same without Maxim and Flint, and all of the dancers. |
9 | | Spirit Caravan Jug Fulla Sun
Wino is the shizz, and he's done his best shit with Spirit Caravan. |
10 | | Neutral Milk Hotel In The Aeroplane Over The Sea
just because. |
11 | | At The Drive-In Relationship Of Command
...Then again, ATDI for TMV seems like a good trade. |
12 | | Stone Temple Pilots Core
Only if they don't suck. |
