well it's quite a young country compared to many, the culture is fine when it's actually in America, it is a bit pathetic though when other countries sacrifice their own culture to become Americanised (like Australia) |

Customer service varies, big time. Police response also varies from region to region, and of course varies by the matter they are responding to. Nonetheless, it has its good and bad. Lived here my whole life, though, and have never travelled, so I don't exactly have much comparison other than what I've heard about places. |

I'm murkin and I'm hardly proud of my country a lot of the time, but there are lots of things to appreciate too. Lots of things piss me off or just arent right with this country on a daily basis but at a certain point, so much anger and discontentment becomes entirely counterproductive. I make a conscious effort to recognize and acknowledge things that are ok or even good in the world. In a day and age where it's super trendy to bash America for any given reason, making a list like this requires intelligence and balls. This list gives me a little more hope for humanity.
