Recent Album Purchases
Yo, Sputnik. I'm back from my ban which feels really good actually. Now I will continue spreading unintelligent nonsense aka comments. These are the albums that I bought or recieved during my ban. They are good. Oh, and check out Captains new album. |
1 | | Ling Tosite Sigure Inspiration is DEAD
Undoubtedly a Japanese masterpiece. You should really check this out. Quite expensive since I had to import from Japan (I live in Sweden so it's pretty far) but holy shit was it worth it. This album is a 5 for sure. |
2 | | Ling Tosite Sigure just A moment
Same thing here. Amazing. Wasn?t cheap but holy shit is it good |
3 | | Ling Tosite Sigure still a Sigure virgin?
Wasn?t cheap but holy shit is it good [2] Are you still a Sigure virgin? Fix that now. |
4 | | Ling Tosite Sigure i'mperfect
The easiest album to get your hands on from these guys/girls. It has an obvious lower average rating than their other releases which I don't fully understand but whatever, it is fantastic as well. |
5 | | Galneryus Phoenix Rising
Another Japanese album but this time it is power metal. Power-metals hard. This came in a fancy golden shiny case with a bonus DVD that I will never watch. |
6 | | Obliteration Nekropsalms
Not the easiest record ever to get your hands on if you want it on CD, I think. The vinyl is supposedly easier to purchase. Great stuff. |
7 | | DeathevokatioN The Chalice Of Ages
Extremely good death metal release that I find is somewhat underrated here on Sputnik. I think it deserves at least a 4 in average rating. Check it out! Decibel Magazine actually had this ablum in their top 100 death metal albums of all time special edition on place 58, I think. I'm not saying that I agree but I think it is nice that DeathevokatioN gets some well-deserved attention. This actually never got here from where I bought it so I got a refund but damn, I really want this. |
8 | | Strapping Young Lad City
I have no idea why I didn't own this before. A 5. |
9 | | Amorphis Silent Waters
I have no idea why I didn't own this before. A 5. [2] |
10 | | Hacksaw to the Throat Wastelands
This release is really something else. I feel kinda lucky to own it actually. It?s really sad that this band disbanded right after because this album is almost a 5. It's a strong 4.5 at least. |
11 | | The Contortionist Exoplanet
I would never buy this monstrosity for myself because it sucks. I bought it for a friend because he fucking likes it for some reason. |
12 | | Devin Townsend Ocean Machine: Biomech
I didn't actually buy this one though. I got it from the same friend whom I bought Exoplanet for. Nice guy. Fantastic album. He also gave me The Eye of Every Storm. |
13 | | Neurosis The Eye of Every Storm
I don't like Neurosis at all but I guess I will jam this since I now have it. My friend ordered a copy of this album but received a damaged (picky bastard) so he got a refund and he just kinda gave the damaged copy to me. It's perfectly fine to be honest. |
14 | | Behemoth ....From The Pagan Vastelands
This baby comes in a slipcase which is signed by the band. The entire thing is just really fancy. If you open it up it says: Black metal is not a trend (upsidedown cross) It's a cult! |
15 | | Children of Bodom Halo of Blood
I got the bonus DVD/CD version which is way cooler since it is shiny and shizz. |
16 | | Anglagard Hybris
A really fantastic Swedish prog-metal masterpiece. Listen now. |
17 | | Protector A Shedding of Skin
Protectors best album. The album cover is too cool. It reminds me of The Evil Dead which is, by the way, fucking awesome. |
18 | | Incantation Diabolical Conquest
I bought this together with Dir En Grey's Orobours and The Crown's Crowned In Terror for like 12 bucks which is silly considering how good they all are. |
19 | | DIR EN GREY Uroboros
^ |
20 | | The Crown Crowned in Terror
