02.11.14 | The Fragile has way too many fillers and Year Zero is my favorite. I disapprove of this list. |
Insurrection
02.11.14 | not bad
would swap 1 and 2 personally and 7 is too low |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | Yeah it has some fillers, but I really love albums 1-7 so, it's just a matter of how a list is done. The only one that I love the most out of those 7 is TDS. |
SkaCali1991
02.11.14 | but...but....With Teeth... |
Insurrection
02.11.14 | the bottom 3 are spot on imo..
theyre great but not on the same level as the others |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | Yes, they have their moments, but for instance, Hesitation Marks is a much more solid effort than any of those, it has a "fragilesque" kinda vibe to it that i'm loving. |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | It doesn't suck at all, I just like it less than the others. |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | dont know why 6 is on here |
postrockpaperscissor
02.11.14 | @ArsMoriendi: Yeah, but your NIN ranking sucked ass. |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | Because I love it, own it, and enjoy it. |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | havent seen his ranking but im sure id agree that is sucks le ass since fragile is their best album. |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | "Because I love it, own it, and enjoy it."
I love it, own it, and enjoy it too but its not an album and doesnt have any exclusive songs or anything so i dont see the point, but no bid deal or anything was just a curiosity
u might as well have included all their other live stuff and random obscure halos as well if u were gonna include that! would be cool to see a complete halo's ranking |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | I actually thought about putting Closure here, but then I told myself that 2 live albums on a ranking list was a bit too much. But yeah, actually it's a pretty good idea, and I missed Still, sorry about that, hahaha. |
Rowan5215
02.11.14 | Hesitation Marks above Broken? you wot |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | It seemed a bit unfair to put an EP above a full realized record, but like I said before, I love equally albums 2-7. |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | Still is sooo good
id put hesitation marks above broken too fight me |
Rowan5215
02.11.14 | Comparing EPs to albums is pretty hard yeah, but by that logic shouldn't Broken be last?
I prefer it to Hesitation Marks in every way |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | using only the albums on here minus the live dvd mine would be
Fragile
Downward Spiral
Year Zero
The Slip
Hesitation
With Teeth
Pretty Hate Machine
Broken
Ghosts
or something like that. depends. pretty hate machine is much higher if im in the mood for it, but if im not in the mood for it then im really not in the mood for it. also need to spend more time with hesitation
|
Faraudo
02.11.14 | Yeahh, and it's pretty hard for me, because like I said before, I listed albums 1-7 because making a list forces me to do so, I mean, that's kind of the point of lists, haha. If it depended on me, I would definetely put albums 2-7 on one spot. |
Rowan5215
02.11.14 | Downward Spiral
Year Zero
Broken
the Fragile
Pretty Hate Machine
With Teeth
Ghosts
Hesitation
The Slip
for me |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | It's a pretty interesting list man, you will like Hesitation quite a lot then, cause it's very reminescent of certain sounds from The Fragile era. |
Faraudo
02.11.14 | I kinda disagree with With Teeth being higher than Hesitation man, but yah. |
Muisc4Life26
02.11.14 | 3 is 1 and 1 is 2 |
Lord(e)Po)))ts
02.11.14 | the slip is underrated demon seed, the ambient tracks, and head down are all excellent as fuck |
Rowan5215
02.11.14 | Every song on the Slip starts off fucking awesome and then becomes incredibly boring in the second half |
Firestarter
02.11.14 | Downward Spiral
the Fragile
Broken
Pretty Hate Machine (Remaster)
Hesitation Marks
Year Zero
With Teeth
Ghosts
The Slip |
Tunaboy45
02.11.14 | I'd say with teeth is better than year zero, apart from that I agree. |
Faraudo
02.12.14 | Nahh, I love the vibe of YZ, it's a pretty elaborate mess. |
Rowan5215
02.12.14 | Yeah YZ rules although like most of his albums after TDS, its a few songs too long |
Faraudo
02.12.14 | Exactly, I think that he could've put a few songs on a B-sides record, instead of packing nearly all of his albums. |
