Chrisjon89
05.27.14 | i used to like Curtis Mayfield - Superfly. runs for a bit under 40 minutes. tempo jumps around a little bit and there's one slow ballad near the end, so it's not perfect. also ended up using playlists with more uniformed bpm.
i tried Dark Side Of The Moon once. that's a fucking terrible album to run to. |
osmark86
05.27.14 | I imagine anything by Sunn 0))) would be the absolute worst to run to |
PappyMason
05.27.14 | 'i tried Dark Side Of The Moon once. that's a fucking terrible album to run to.'

TheHamburgerman
05.27.14 | If you eventually get more experience you should try drum and bass. Fast bmp, great challenge, and some of the more atmospheric songs sure help when you're running through the forests and shit |
TheHamburgerman

osmark86
05.27.14 | tommy knows |
osmark86

osmark86
05.27.14 | I play floorball and badminton a lot. you forget that you're tired from all the running because you want to fucking win that game/match. running is just chasing a horizon you'll never catch. |
Onirium

osmark86
05.27.14 | @Reich: it's a ton of fun. such a simple game that anyone can play. the tempo is hella fast and if you play with people that don't bitch about a little contact it's even better. |
tommygun
05.27.14 | yea i mix it up and will alternate sprinting/jogging from one stobie pole to the next
honestly the first 15 mins is the worst then once you hit the groove it's kind of swee for the brain but yea need to keep mixin up the tunes
mitch i feel you man but it's gettin wet af here so a lot of outdoor sports are out the window
my buddy who's a teacher used to let us into the school gymnasium on weekends to shoot hoops and fuck around but he's moved to a different school so rip |
demigod!

tommygun

05.27.14 | swimming is great exercise but just as much fun as running, that is not much fun at all imo. gotta mix play with exercise to keep it interesting. hence sports. |
osmark86
05.27.14 | anyone play squash? that is both hella intense and entertaining ^^ |
tommygun
05.27.14 | was referring to swimming at a 50m pool just doing hard laps but yea swee
i play cricket during summer but that is actually detrimental to my health cos all the drinking that goes with it
can't play good winter sports like footy cos me back is fucked and i don't need the physical contact tbh |
osmark86
