06.01.14 | Definitely Greg Lake for me. |

06.01.14 | I think Greg Lakes vocals are the biggest strength in their first couple of albums. He just had a really distinct voice and his delivery was chock full of emotion |

06.02.14 | The dude who did lead vocals on Court. Not my fave KC, but easily the best vox imo. |

06.02.14 | Wetton can be irritating but his best performances are the best of KC. Greg Lake has a smaller track record but it's consistently impressive. Honestly, when I start dissecting the vocals of most prog bands I realize they're not that amazing, but it fits the music so well and helps each band sound unique instead of all sounding like pitch-perfect Frank Sinatras or Roy Orbisons. |

06.02.14 | Greg Lake by a fucking mile.
"wetton is the best of a bad bunch"
Lol seriously? Based purely on vocals Wetton was arguably the worst. He was perfect for Starless though. |

06.02.14 | I mean Wetton really wasn't a very good singer. His vocals never bothered me but he certainly wasn't a natural vocalist like Greg Lake who was one of the best vocalists in prog. |
sapient
06.02.14 | I have a soft spot for Belew
But damn, Greg Lake is awesome |

06.02.14 | For me the vocalist never mattered for Crimson. |
Snowdog808
06.02.14 | Good point, the music behind him was awesome regardless, especially on Court, Lizard, Larks, Red, and Discipline. |

06.02.14 | Lake no question |

06.02.14 | It's too bad his work started to decline after the first four ELP albums. |
