ilikemusicthatsucks 05.02.08	Well actually I said it was in no particular order. Actually I liked Nada Surf better than Panic but not better than Sickest. But nice to see you're into gender stereotyping. Cuz you know, Nada Surf is the epitome of masculinity. And The Black Keys fall totally in line with a stereotypically "girl" musical taste. :

I want to get Nada Surf's album too, but I didn't like what I've heard from Panic at the Disco and Vampire Weekend. still I'm unable to really judge the list cause I haven't heard anything from the rest. btw a few recommendations of albums I think you might like: Have a Nice Life - Deathconciousness (is again available as a download now as far as I know.) Sun Kil Moon - April Portishead - Third Why? - Alopecia Robert Forster - The Evangelist Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds - Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! Thrice - The Alchemy Index: Volume III + IV: Air and Earth maybe not so fitting but I still have to recommend them, cause they are so great: Kayo Dot - Blue Lambency Downward Daturah - Reverie

ilikemusicthatsucks 05.02.08	i don't like protest at all in all seriousness. mendigo-- i will check all of those out, especially deathcounciousness since it seems everybody on this site likes it a lot. all, that is, except for thrice, which i already heard and didn't care for tbh. don't listen to antfarm either, you should at least give "aly walk with me" a try and then decide from there if you're interested in the raveonettes.

Mendigo 05.02.08	yep, go on with Have a Nice Life, definitely one of this year's best albums and I'm sure it will end up in a lot of lists towards the end of the year (in those list that have to be taken serious, I mean) ok, so if you check out those I've recommended you, I'll check out the ones you have here and I don't know yet ;)
