Bands/artists I've Seen Live
One is the first. it gets progressive after that one |
1 | Helge Schneider
I was a child,
seven years old or something.
Only germans know him, hes funny.
was one of my childhood heroes. |
2 | Serj Tankian
Saw him two times.
First his normal Elect The Dead tour and then his symphony tour around one year later. |
3 | In Flames
It was Columbiahalle in Berlin 2009.
They had 3 support bands with them.
i dont remember the first but the other ones where Killswitch Engage and Heaven Shall Burn.
I didn't knew them at the time and was shocked later when i realized that they are this big ^^ |
4 | System Of A Down
I think this one was in 2011.
in Kindl-Buehne Berlin, a big amphitheater-like place.
it was great to see the band live who got me into metal. |
5 | Green Day
30.aug.2012 also Kindl-Buehne.
my sin ^^ |
6 | Billy Talent
13.Okt.2012 Max-Schmeling-Halle, Berlin.
This concert was great. They not that bad live anymore.
anti-flag and another band supported them. |
7 | Muse
14.Jul.2013 Waldbuehne Berlin.
I think Waldbuehne is even bigger than Kindl-Buehne.
This was my best live experience so far. I often suffer from the phenomenon that i don't hear the artists that much when the concert takes place. It just comes to late sometimes ^^
but not this time. even though i dont like their latest album.
just a great show.
but even more important was that Biffy Clyro supported them and i've heard them the first time.
it clicked instandly ^^ |
8 | Die Aerzte
11.aug.2013 former airport Tempelhof, Berlin.
it occured what i mentioned before. i've heard them three months straight, nothing else. then i was totally fed up and the concert was two months after that ^^
i think the concert was pretty good by fan standarts.
it was terrible for me, tho.
i made the mistake to go to the second row on such a big venue and with these dedicated fans it was pure torture, they pushed from everywhere and every three minutes some feet from croudsurfers hit my head.
but they had some decent support bands.
one funny ska-like band from bavaria and Depp Jones. |
9 | Biffy Clyro
03.Dez.2013 Columbiahalle, Berlin.
After seing them with Muse i had to go to their own concert.
they are way better live than on CD i tell ya.
great evening. |
10 | Subway To Sally
30.Dez.2013 Metropolis Hall, Potzdam.
this was like a clusterfuck of bands i don't even know that good with the exeption of Lordi. didn't feld good that evening so it dragged a little concidering their where 4(!) well known bands on Subway to Sally's "Eisheilige Nacht".
Korpiklaani was kinda bad,
Lordi was silly but i like some of their songs.
i don't like Lord of The Lost much but they where decent that evening.
and i don't give two shits about subway to sally ^^ |
11 | Cult Of Luna
+God Seed
28.Apr.2014 C-Club, Berlin.
they where both amazing, first blackmetal concert with Gaahl for me...good start ^^
and Cult of Luna was like a religious experience. |
12 | Katatonia
+Messenger
12.Mai.2014 Passionskirche, Berlin.
their "Unplugged & Reworked" tour.
i liked the support band, i heard them from time to time since then.
katatonia was amazing, truely brilliant reworked versions of older material.
It was a nice atmosphere > katatonia playing unplugged in a church full of candless :) |
13 | Neurosis
2.Jul.2014 Astra, Berlin
finally. my favourite band for 5 months or so.
can't really hear them in summer. its just not the time, but the concert was a fucking dark worship and it was so loud i tell ya. loudest concert i've been to so far, but worth it.
so there you have it. my concerts so far. not many i know
but i'm still young and if i go to every show i want to go to this year, it will be nearly doubled alone.
as you can tell I'm not a good english whriter so pls tell me if i made mistakes and I'm sure i made tons :) |
