The Colts, Saints, Bengals, Chargers and Panthers were all playoff teams last year, and not one of them got their on the back of their RB, I promise. Trent was great in 2012 on the Browns, got traded to the Colts and absolutely BOMBED last year. Perhaps he'll turn around, but based on last season, don't hold your breath. |

Hmmm...guess they were. It's just it was always Keenan Allen getting the TD's (he had 5 in a late-season, three-game stretch), and Danny Woodhead stealing catches from the backfield, so I figured Ryan Matthews wasn't as big a deal for the Chargers. As it turns out, he was running 100+ yards every other week.
Still, point stands that just because a team made it to the playoffs doesn't mean they have a playoff-standard RB along with them, especially with committees being popular right now. |

I liked the idea of having huge depth at WR or two TE as a possibility given how much the league has shifted towards passing. I even considered going 2 QB but with 12 teams it wouldn't leave any options as free agents if people stockpiled 3-4 QBs like I've seen in the past just to keep other people from having 2 starting QBs come Sunday. |

Drew Brees is only 50 points behind, but no one else even came within 100, which would almost be an extra 9 points per game. If I ever spent a 1st on a qb, this would probably be the time.
