2014: The Year That Keeps On Giving
2014 has been quite the year for music. Every time I think I've discovered the best the year has to offer, I discover an album I overlooked or am surprised by a new release. Recs welcome of course! |

for fans of jack's mannequin obviously. this has some of his best work in years on it |
8 | | Weatherbox Flies in All Directions
recommended for fans of Say Anything |
9 | | Agalloch The Serpent and the Sphere
one of the more divisive albums of the year still holds up really well for me |
10 | | Musk Ox Woodfall
much like Spectral Lore, this is one of the best releases of 2014 and it basically sparked my interest in neofolk music |

yet another amazing bm record |

the second half of the album saves this one from being somewhat mediocre |
