The Saddest Day: Sets up the tone of the album with Bannon's manic shouts and unforgettable
riffage. The quiet section in the middle of the song provides a well-needed break after and
before the relentless intensity. Might even be the band's best song. "EVERY TIME YOU JUSTIFY,
ANOTHER GOOD IN YOU DIES!"

Color Me Blood Red: A closer that won't leave you cold. Just like The Saddest Day, it's full of
superb riffs and ends the album with a bang. "PLEASE LOVE, JUST COME HOME AGAIN!"

Farewell Note to This City: Arguably the most "epic" and easily the most melodic song on the
album and shows the band's ability to write slower, less aggressive songs. The bassline slays so
hard.

Dead: Has one of the most crushing riffs in the history of the band. Another notable thing about
this song is Bannon's insane, almost growling vocals. "DEEEEEEEEEEEAD!"

Forsaken: A very fitting follow-up to The Saddest Day, although not quite as memorable which is
why this song is often overshadowed by it. Still heavy and aggressive as hell. "AND I CARRY
ON!"

Shingles: One of the more technical songs on the album as well as one of the most chaotic.
Another intense and furious track. "gun in my mouth, I PRAY FOR THE SUNSHINE!"

Buried But Breathing: An incredibly underrated tune. It's short but sweet, and features a
fantastic shout-along which makes up for the short length. "BURIED BUT BREATHING, THESE
DEVILS SWEEP!"

Albatross: The only song that lacks what makes the other songs so powerful. It's mostly fast
and very hardcore but ends with what is probably the softest moment on the album. "FIVE LIVES
DEAD AND GONE, DEAD AND GONE, DEAD AND GONE!"
