iamamanfromspace 02.01.15	Off the top of my head, Haunted house at the Kansai university festival, wasn't even a proper haunted house attraction, just something some university students did for the festival, also it was the end of the day and I'm sure a lot of the people involved were just tired and ready to go home, but they stuck it out and it was really scary for me personally haha Biking through the Hiroshima countryside at night damn you scary Japan Recently also I came home, checked the fridge and I could've sworn the chocolate pudding in the fridge had like, rotated by 90 degrees, but nothing else in the house had changed... then later that night a lamp turned on by itself and I just got really freaked out that evening, and stayed up until 7am just cos I didn't wanna go to sleep. Watched Birdman at that time though so that was pretty sweet you know shit is real when they fuck with your chocolate pudding

iamamanfromspace 02.01.15	My friend told me a story about how him and some friends did a Ouija board and the 'spirit' told them they had to kill this infant child in the area with a specific name or they'd all go to Hell when they died. They looked up the name and there was a baby in the area with that name. They didn't kill it though

zakalwe 02.01.15	7yrs old in the car coming home from a theme park with my family at night another car was parked outside our house. As we got closer our headlights shone into the other cars windscreen and there was an old girl of about 70 having a full on fit strapped in the drivers seat, frothing at the mouth, gritted teeth, hair matted, face spasming the lot. Ruined the day.

iamamanfromspace 02.01.15	Sleep paralysis is kind of just like unadulterated fear, but I haven't experienced really bad ones recently... when it comes nowadays and it rarely does, I just keep trying to move until I can and properly wake up, it isn't as full-on horrifying as it used to be

iamamanfromspace 02.01.15	aha it was just surprisingly spooky i agree that anxiety attacks are worse than sleep paralysis but i also guess you can't compare different people's different experiences. most of my experiences with sleep paralysis weren't so horrific after a while, but even comparing with the earlier experiences recently being kept up all night by anxiety and the first couple of particularly fucked up hours were worse than that

frigyourgenre 02.02.15	@iama yeah anxiety attacks are awful at first but after it happened a few times i started to learn how to control it and calm myself down then sleep paralysis on the other hand happens every now and again you just need to accept it and realize it will be over in a minute lol

iamamanfromspace 02.02.15	yea it does help to not sleep facing the ceiling though or so i've heard, so i never do that anymore just to avoid it, even though that's often the most comfortable way to drift off and you can't entirely control in what position you'll wake up

ExcentrifugalForz 02.08.15	used to live one town over from where there used to be slave plantations and lynchings years ago. Only inbred ppl live there now. Those semi-abandoned plantations are so scary at night. Last time I drove through there I heard a slam on my trunk and both passengers looked back and screamed. They said they saw a kid swinging back and forth in a noose.

StallionMang 02.08.15	It's not much but I remember this vivid nightmare I had when I was like 6, where i was walking around the house at night and noticed lots of little details seemed to be off. Then I heard my dad and I turned around and his face was all twisted and distorted, and he picked me up and tried to strangle me Found out next morning I was just sleepwalking
TheGreatQ 02.08.15	Not counting sleep paralysis, probably when I was sitting in my living room listening to music when suddenly my dogs started howling, something fell over in another room, and the upstairs smoke alarm started going off all at the same exact time. I ran the fuck out of the room and started hearing people talking in it and I was sure someone had broken in so I grabbed a knife from the kitchen and just stood there shaking and waiting. The fire alarm stopped after about 10 seconds and the voices stopped. I ran back into the room, nothing was out of place, and I grabbed my cell phone when the voices started up again and the dogs went nuts a second time. I ran out again and just sat on the floor with the knife almost having a panic attack, but then like 10 minutes went by and nothing happened so I called my uncle. He came over and went through the house with me. Nothing was out of place, the smoke alarm was working normally, and the only thing that ever got explained was the voices were from a YouTube video that somehow opened and started playing through the speakers of my laptop even though it was closed and had headphones plugged in.
