Musical Decades Ranked

I feel that every decade has its ups and downs. But some i think are better than others. So here it goes.
1The Smashing Pumpkins
Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness

''90s''
The 1990s are my favorite decade in music for many reasons. Each album holds so much memories that it takes me back why i really love music. Every genre was so dynamic and interesting, even the boy bands were good. The 90s were creative and fun, you have songs you can sing out loud to and songs that will make you emotional. Genres like alternative, hip hop, r&b, death metal, punk etc, are all fantastic in there own way. The 90s were an unforgettable time and my favorite decade in music.
2The Rolling Stones
Beggars Banquet

''60s''
The 1960's was the rise of psychedelic, brilliant bands came through like The Stones, The Kinks, The Beatles, The Mamas and Papas, etc. Music was evolving to more of a theatrical and darker approach. Motown, Blues and Jazz were also huge contenders, each genre has it's hits and memorable songs you can't forget.
3Judas Priest
Sin After Sin

''70s''
The 1970s to a lot of people is the greatest decade in music and for the right reasons. This is when rock started really evolving into more of a heavier style. The soft rock songs are timeless like I Really Want To See You Tonight and Take It Easy are songs that will be on radios for centuries and centuries. The 70s had disco, funk and soul which is why this decade deserves so much respect.
4The Cure
Pornography

''80s''
The 1980s were quite an unforgettable decade. pop, thrash metal, glam metal, hip hop and a little bit of everything, It would actually be awesome to raised in the 80s, long hair, spandex, the rebel life pretty much.
5Frank Sinatra
In The Wee Small Hours

''50s''
The 1950s is the decade of complete satisfaction. The Rat Pack, the rise of Rock N Roll, Jazz was at it's peak and music was really evolving into be something special.
6Converge
Jane Doe

''2000s''
The 21st Century was very mixed imo. It had amazing albums like In Rainbows, Jane Doe, Parachutes, Yoshimi, Funeral, etc. The 21st Century had it's moments and they are excellent but it's mostly filled with flaws and albums i can't get into.
