Snake. 02.17.16	Well... Meteorology is okay because although i finished the chapter i was supposed to read long in advance of the exam i still managed to fuck up the first quiz and get a 7.4/11. Calculus is slow and steady because i've only had two quizzes and the third quiz got cancelled because of snow plus my professor drops the lowest quiz grade so really i have one 9/10 for the class so far. Photography started off pretty cool because the professor seemed chilled but now he's making us do weird shit like take 50 images of a specific place/object/event and convert it with three different exposures. Broadcast is my only 100 class but it's probably my most intimidating because i fucking hate writing papers and didn't do any last semester so it's a really big challenge. plus i have an exam tomorrow so i should prob get back to studying :/

ScuroFantasma 02.17.16	@Mort not American (Aussie) but we have the same thing, basically your major (or majors) is the main part of the degree and the minor is an extra thing that can either help complement the majors or be completely different and just something that interests you. For example I'm an Engligh lit. and Music dual major, but my minor is in German.

CalculatingInfinity 02.17.16	Good news: Officially transferred to the Masters program at Uni, intro to applied Maths is lol easy, Classical Mechanics rules, outside of Uni life awesome. Bad news: Geometry of Curves takes an eternity to do and is not taught very well, worried that I will clash with my Classical Mechanics teacher with the way he marks things and fearing about Grouo Project due to the work load and other people's motivation. So, ups and downs really.

It's an introduction to abstract algebra, covering things like the Integers, groups, fields, rings, symmetries, lots of fun abstract stuff that's less intuitive. It's also my first proof-based class which is taking some getting used to.
