After starting the year listening to veritable shitloads of music, the second and third quarters have been... somewhat barren for me. Regardless, here's a second and third quarters list, split for convenience (grouped into ratings, but otherwise unranked) :]
It is compared to last year and my first quarter. Effectively missed out on 2 months due to having next-to-no internet so I'm playing a lot of catch-up.
Yeah some albums are just perfect for the season or how I feel around that time... but I see some sputters go through 10-20 albums a week and it boggles my mind
Might actually be my AOTY so far Spirit - I'm expecting Ulcerate to beat that though :D
@Scuro you should definitely check that Priapus EP. Goes haaard.
ah ok, thanks for the explanation! Listening to it now, and it sounds like it was recorded with one mic in a basement. Kinda gives it a cool atmosphere, not really my style though.
Also, props for 2 and 28, those are both some killer albums.
