| Attila Vs. Emmure
I have a strange fascination with bands that get a shit load of hate and bad reviews. I always feel compelled to check them out to see if they live up to the abuse, and I will be the first to admit that I enjoy bad taste in moderation. So these two immediately sprang to mind and I downloaded both their discographies to see what was what. Here are my thoughts, let me know yours closet fans or genuine haters. | | 1 |  | Attila
Rage
This one I found to be listenable and contain some decent riffs, it could easily be passed off as music. | | 2 |  | Attila

Eternal Enemies
What I noticed about Emmure on first impression is that no album actually stuck out from the rest, but the vocalist can pull off the brutal brocore vox and the riffs are repetitive as fuck. | | 4 |  | Emmure
Felony
I come to the conclusion that Emmure are kind of the Limp Bizkit of deathcore or is it metalcore? It's moronic but I do like the Nu metal parts. | | 5 |  | Attila
Guilty Pleasure
Listening to this and liking the general simplicity but how many times does he have to mention the haters are paying his bills. I got the point in the first 5 songs and it starts to grate after that...also swearing is fun when your 6 years old, how old is Fonz by the way? | | 6 |  | Emmure

Speaker of the Dead, Slave to the Game, and Look At Yourself are all pretty good imo. Rest of Emmure stuff has a few tracks I enjoy, with a whole lot of meh mixed in | Sevengill
