I'm personally a huge fan, Drive isn't even my favourite of his. He's one of my favourite directors. So at least try his other stuff. Especially Valhalla Rising.

Valhalla Rising is basically the Witch with Vikings, an even heavier and insanely visceral atmosphere, and an even better soundtrack. |

it is yes. he's a god in my eyes lol. some people criticize valhalla for being slow, but if you really liked the witch for its atmosphere then i don't think you'll be one of those people. It's a very thoughtful, dark and surreal film |

08.07.17 | I love that kind of film, that's why I liked drive and enemy so much as well. Though Drive has some badass action scenes, it does slow down, but not in a bad way. |

He is really, really, really good at them, and there is no shortage of violence in his stuff... he just utilizes it conservatively a lot of the time to make the hyper-surreal violence that much more gratifying when it does happen. |
