08.11.17 | Yeah had a concussion & whiplash from hockey. Very bad pain at the back of my skull down through the base of my neck. The first 2 days after were constant pain with a lot of brain fog too. Felt noticeably better by days 3-4, and felt back to 100% a week later.
Agreed, I don't recommend concussions. |

08.11.17 | I've got a teeny bit of experience with concussions. My fourth, a car accident, kept me out of school and work for a good three years. Fatigue, vertigo, depression, concentration, speech, chronic seizure, insomnia...you name it, I've had issues with it. I've since had five more concussions which have all reproduced a different set of symptoms. I've dropped out of school three additional times since my initial episode, either from seizures or concussions. But, at this point it looks like I'm finally about to graduate. Just had to quit my job partly due to head injury-related issues, but overall I'm doing pretty goddamn well compared to where I used to be at |
