Noisetober

Gonna take one rec per person because I am still quite unfamiliar with the various styles, plus I need to finish my shoegaze list, which I had to put on hold. Therefore, the restriction to ONE choice will force all participants to give me the good shit, no fucking around.
1Mainliner
Mellow Out

Conmaniac
We begin Noisetober with something that bridges the gap between psychedelia and noise, emerging from the union as a free-form noise improv beauty -- Mellow Out is the world's introduction to Mainliner, fronted by Acid Mothers Temple's Makoto Kawabata; Three tracks and 35:44 long, Mellow Out doesn't exactly lead you on much more than it needs to, as the title itself does the job, throwing you into a messy beast of an album. 4.1 / 5; choice cuts: "Black Sky"
2Machismo
Severe Disconnect

Sach
Second in line, Severe Disconnect ups the ante and enacts a all-out assault on the senses through a lo-fi filter (although, with power electronics and its affinity with the cassette format, this is a given). Fucking balls to the wall, pissed off ranting and raving interspersed with never-ending waves of disturbing bursts of noise. This is the shit I want. 4.3 / 5; choice cuts: "I Will Never Die"
