02.14.18 | Unfortunately 12 is 12. I thought it was different but not great at the time and kinda liked tracks 5, 7 - 11. I listened to it more recently and well, yeaah it has nooottt aged well.

Assemblage
02.14.18 | Korn's had great closers all the way up to See You on the Other Side. Hard to choose really. Kill You is probably top though |
cold
02.14.18 | "My Gift To You" is quite the jam too, I do remember the closing track to Issues seeming lackluster to me. It didn't quite have that bite the previous three did. After that, I don't know. |

Assemblage
02.14.18 | I think Dirty is reaally good too, even though it's probably the simplest of theirs in the early period. Got a hell of a riff in my opinion. Nice vibe |

02.14.18 | Lol it would be my bosses and coworkers, let's see how many metalheads are in my company m/ |
cold
02.14.18 | I haven't actually listened to "Dirty" in a long time, might have to refresh myself. But "Issues" holds some really weird and cringe memories for me, haha. |
Sabrutin
02.14.18 | Issues is worth spinning even for Somebody Someone alone, easily my favorite Korn song.
I Will Protect You is another excellent closer, insane Bozzio solo in there and great atmosphere |
BigHans
02.14.18 | Its honestly jarring how much better 1 is than everything else they ever did. |
DarkSideOfLucca
02.14.18 | I dunno man, 7 and 3 are also my shit
But yeah, 1, 3 and 7 are way better than the rest imo |

02.14.18 | You guys see this before? Full performance of Issues live from '99. Got the kilt and background instrumentalists. Goes through all the interludes and everything. It's fucking solid.

Assemblage
02.14.18 | Somebody Someone is top ten Korn I gotta say. |
BigHans
02.14.18 | Follow the Leader was definitely a huge album, its easily their second best. I never good get down with Life is Peachy. It just wasn't even a shadow compared to the debut. |
Sabrutin
02.14.18 | LiP does have a few songs that I find hard to stand but aside from that to me it seems like a clear progression from the debut in every way. Someone on this site described it as "more unhinged version of the debut" and I find it spot-on, it's a pretty crazy album when it wants to. I really like Silvera's drumming (Chi) and the guitars sound genuinely heavy (Swallow).
FtL is similar in the sense that it has a couple cringeworthy songs but also plenty of gold. Quite trippy sounds too |

Oh shit, my dude, you are the fucking mannnnnn |
BigHans
02.14.18 | I tend to base my opinions on my experiences when I first heard these records. The debut dropped when I was 15, back in the CD/Radio era. It was a big deal, not revolutionary on the level of Nevermind, but it definitely had a huge effect on ALOT of people. The copycats did not take long at all to come in waves. I remember a palpable disappointment with the second record. It just was missing the great heights, if you will. It had the same feeling, but there wasn't anything that grabbed people like Blind, Shoots and Latters, Faget, etc. |

And yeah BigHans, Korn was fucking huuuuuge back in the day
But in my circles, everyone loved Life is Peachy |

02.14.18 | I played Ball Tongue at my High School Radio station. It took about 3 seconds for the principal to come down to the studio and shut it down. |

02.14.18 | K3 is awesome, you don't know shit about the band. |

02.14.18 | If anyone knows shit about Korn, it's that KIII sucks. Actually, if anyone knows shit about Korn, they know Take A Look In The Mirror through The Paradigm Shift sucks. |

02.14.18 | In fact I'm going to make a list of overhated albums in this site which I love |
BigHans
02.14.18 | I saw Korn on the Korn III tour and the album sucks so hard they only played one song from it (Oildale) even though they were promoting it. |
Sabrutin
02.14.18 | Pop a Pill is definitely one of their best songs imo. III is pretty underrated, Luzier alone makes it worth a spin. I don't think they have a completely bad album really, and I used to blindly hate the band before exploring it. Even the hated Untitled has some really interesting stuff for them, too bad that about half of the album is forgettable so I can't really condemn anyone for putting it always at last |
TheSpirit
02.14.18 | Untitled has my favorite song from them |
