Ever heard of Clipse?? They weren't really popular in the 2000s or anything.

Yes, many of these artists have been releasing material in the form of eps, mixtapes, etc. but that's not how im personally forming the list. If I was to abide by that, this game would be much harder to play as it could eliminate artists than have been very influential this decade (like kendrick)
