03.22.19 | hey this is way better mixed than most user projects and it's almost pro quality so nice, song is decent too, the harsh vocals are really well done
couple of improvements I would suggest: drums could be sharper and have a bit more punch to make them stand out, clean vocals are maybe a but too far back in the mix, and the mix could just do with being louder - I don't know what plugins you are using on your mastering chain, but want to be hitting around -1db for a master for streaming, this sounds pretty quiet which can cause a lot of elements to just be drowned out

03.22.19 | Your vocalist has some pretty great shouting vocals. The cleans get pretty buried in the mix where I feel like they should really pop more. The drum programming is decent, the guitars have that djenty vst sound. But overall the songwriting is pretty good for the style. The mix sounds a little boxy, but good job dude. |

Sinternet - i am mastering with Wave plugins- L1 ultramaximixer at the end of the chain after some eq and stereo widening. Perhaps i should try a little more compression, i do have it limited at -0.4 db so not too sure why it is sounding so quiet? |

03.22.19 | oh right shit didn't know bandcamp was like soundcloud, so it's a lossy conversion then right? that's harder to solve. mixing at around -24 - -20 lufs and normalising to about -16 - -13 lufs should work in terms of keeping things dynamic
don't use waves plugins myself so can't comment on that actually, would need to test it out against ozone which is what I use, but it could be that it's the individual track levels in the mix which is the source rather than the mastering then. |

03.22.19 | I know nothing about mastering, so I'll just give you my opinion about the mixing, which is very good. Couldn't hear anything wrong with the drums or the clean vocals, my only problem with the song is that it's metalcore. |
