These guys were pretty promising when they first started writing originals like 7-8 years ago, but they got derailed by life. The album itself was more or less an afterthought and they're defunct now as far as I know.

JDubb 05.15.19	Props for Nos. 1, 2, and 4. But much props for Stavesacre - Absolutes...I agree that Mark Solomon's voice has a unique, Tool-like quality, and this album, Friction, and Against the Silence were excellent. Tesseract's album Altered State is their most Tool-like.

But I still wouldn't call any of those "radio rock". They certainly don't aim for that kind of sound in general and I highly doubt most people are gonna wanna hear something like Reflection or Lateralus on the radio lol

FurtherDown 05.16.19	I like Tool but I have to say that Eidolon by Rishloo beats them hard. Much more raw energy and emotions. Also I don't get comparisons between Karnivool and Tool, to me they are much more classic prog rock/metal and they give me completely different feel.
