Rik VII 08.13.19	Not too far from my own. 2 is my undisputed favorite. As amazing as Homogenic is (one of the best albums ever as well), it doesn't come close to Vespertine's magical atmosphere. 5 is also very underrated, nice to not see it near bottom (it's actually my no. 3, but that changes every now and then). I also prefer Debut over Post.

tectactoe 08.13.19	Earth Intruders, Wanderlust, and Dull Flame of Desire are all great (imo), making for an incredibly strong three-song run to open the album. I also really like Vertebrae By Vertebrae, Innocence, Pneumonia, Hope, and (yes) even Declare Independence. It's definitely nowhere near her top-tier stuff, but I also think it's more accessible (and that's not to say "lesser") than Biophilia, Medulla, and Utopia.

Rik VII 08.13.19	Hmm . . . 1) Vespertine 2) Homogenic 3) Biophilia 4) Debut (almost 3) 5) Post 6) Vulnicura 7) Selmasongs 8) Utopia 9) Medúlla 10) Volta -looong leap- 11) Drawing Restraint 9 1 to 10 are all more or less evenly spread from "top 3 favorite album" to "still good". Amazing discography altogether, especially taking into account that she never repeated herself, ever.
protokute 08.13.19	debut is my personal favorite, but homogenic and vespertine are 5/5 albums too. still need to listen to Biophilia
Rik VII 08.13.19	Biophilia is weirdly overlooked, never really got that. Has a lot of creative stuff. I definitely have a soft spot for Debut's vibe. It's not as refined as later works, but that dreamy, almost childish feel is beautiful and pure. It also was the first Björk album I heard. It will always have a certain sentimental value to me, as the start of that amazing journey.
tectactoe 08.13.19	Debut is next level pop music. Maintains the upbeat aesthetic and pappy aspects of the genre while still including a lot of abstract sounds and structures. Bjork is a goddess.

tectactoe 08.16.19	Vespertine is one of those albums I always have to listen to from start-to-finish. Can never just pick a single track. It's too damn good. Same with Kid A and Laughing Stock.
