12.13.19 | Lol, nice pun. I definitely enjoyed being an apologist for FI this year haha but Blushing has a depth of emotion and calibre of execution that nothing else this year has been able to top. To my ears anyway! |
DDDeftoneDDD
12.13.19 | I should give it a listen with my better half then... |
Trifolium
12.13.19 | 7 and 9 are nice!
If you want some super cool jazz, check Indigo Jam Unit. Pirates for instance is totally amazing, all of them are. |

12.13.19 | DDD, the Copeland is definitely a good album to bust out if your partner has a low threshold for abrasiveness. And yeah pretty sure I rec'ed you 10. I seem to recall that you liked it more than you expected, given that style of post-hardcore. |
Egarran
12.13.19 | Nice list.
There is something similar about a lot of these covers. Is there an art major in the house? |
nightbringer
12.13.19 | Lol! No, not an art major. I do think that I care quite a lot about cover art though. The visuals definitely shape how I listen to albums. I find that they give me a grip on the kind of aesthetics the band are going for, and they kind of help me "tune in" to that aesthetic. |

12.13.19 | 2...colors were the 3rd aspect to consideration to some point on my list x) |
nightbringer
12.13.19 | Sorry DDD, not quite sure what you mean there. |
nightbringer
12.13.19 | Oh, I getcha! Yeah you did a good job with the colour arrangements. |
DDDeftoneDDD
12.13.19 | Ahah yess...rank, genre and colours...I agree that art is damn good starting point |
nightbringer
12.13.19 | Btw, DDD there is a chance you might like 6. Like Tool it is quite rhythmically driven prog and has a spiritual vibe. I mean, it's very different to Tool in other ways. But I thought I'd mention it. |
DDDeftoneDDD
12.13.19 | Ok..on the digs |

12.13.19 | Assassin s creed? |
