Dicography Journeys

Last year I finally gave up on trying to own the music I listened to and resigned myself to streaming virtually everything except what I already owned in FLAC or high quality mp3. This had the fortunate side effect of accelerating the rate at which I listened to new stuff and whittled down my to-do list. One thing I decided to do was go through the complete discographies of a few bands I had been wanting to explore. I want to do it again this year, but am looking for recs on what to tackle.
1Thou
Tyrant

This was first on my to-do list after the massive hype around the EP series and Magus. Boy, was this a ride, and holy hell what an incredible discography. What I did here was go through the albums in order, giving each one an ample amount of time to "grow" on me. As a result, it took me a couple of months to get through.
2Death
Human

Prior to last year, I had never heard more than a track or two from Death, even though I've been listening to DM for almost 2 decades now. I decided to try something different with this discog. I went through each album just once and chose my re-listens based on my initial impression. It was faster, but obviously I was left with only the barest of memories about what each album contained.
3Seiko Oomori
Sennou

Thanks to Johnny for this trip. I did this more in the style of Thou, letting each album expand in my memory before moving on.
4Tim Hecker
Konoyo

So here's where I shift to what I'm considering doing next. I absolutely adore Konoyo/Anoyo and am considering hearing Hecker's entire discog over the next month or so. My concern is that if they are all as dense and harsh as Konoyo, a single listen to each won't do anything for me.
5David Bowie
Blackstar

I'm also open to doing something completely out of my comfort zone (my comfort zone being metal, electronic, and the hardcore family of genres). The best choices would be a discog with more than 3 albums and with enough consistency and variety to keep it interesting.
