On my own, boys

Starting just over two weeks ago I moved into a new apartment and this is the first time living entirely on my own. First few days were empty and lonely, but over time I've sunk into it and the independence and ability to do most w/e I want is sick. Who's to stop me from jerking off into the kitchen sink? No one, not even god. Stuff is what I've been jamming to stay sane in lonesome planet.
1Vein
Errorzone

Spastic metalcore/mathcore with an everpresent old school slipknot vibe. If you like strange breakdowns and wicked snares you'll love this.
2Norma Jean
All Hail

I probably dont need to say much about this but this is a fucking wrecking ball of big riffs. Best Norna Jean? Prolly.
3Sargeist
Let The Devil In

Its black metal. Scary black metal.
4The Dillinger Escape Plan
Option Paralysis

Man it has been a fair bit since I've jammed this. Still as chaotic and spastic as I remember it. Also Greg Puciato is the only vocalist in metalcore whose shrieks actually sounded wicked and frightening.
5Solstice (UK)
New Dark Age

Epic Doom with beautiful melodeez, enthralling riffs, very good music, good sangs, idk just listen to Hammer of Damnation you fucking dope.
6Portishead
Dummy

Shoutout to my bro ars (arsmoriendi, detective ars, dr.ars, whatever people want to call him). This is suchhh a great album to zone out too and just relax, read a bit, file my taxes, walk my dog (I have neither of those things, but this would be perfect in that metaphorical situation.) It's a tranquil album that almost certainly should have made it onto Skyfall or something of the sort. Its nice.
