Rewatching Thor films

Ragnarok is still definitely my favorite of the three, but there is something about the first Thor I missed. While Waititi's humor is absolutely hilarious in the film, I do wish he dialed it back a bit so it wasn't every single line. What is happening in that movie is beyond epic, but upon rewatch I wish he let us feel that more with letting a few of those epic action pieces or dramatic interactions be a little more serious - not the whole film, just a few key moments. The first two movies were not as exciting imo and the human characters REALLY made those movies more boring, but some of those scenes were more impactful because they didn't feel the need to downplay every epic scene with sarcasm. Still incredibly excited for Love and Thunder, moreso than anything else this summer, but I unfortunately don't see this problem being fixed.
