06.26.22 | Haven't had much free time lately so I had to make this one faster, hence the lack of descriptions for some of the artworks. It's not like they were getting much attention anyway, so I assume it shouldn't make a difference |

06.27.22 | lol yeah certainly not a "pretty" one, but I like how it plays with the title of the album and its design and composition make for a pretty iconic cover |

06.27.22 | A lot of Hipgnosis in here |

06.27.22 | they might be the biggest name in album artwork making afterall haha
I really like their surreal, altered-by-hand pictures. And their composition is always on spot. Plenty of classic ones from them |

06.28.22 | I fixed 23 for you
Always liked 32, though I never listened to that album
No New York looks like a Soundgarden album cover, but some 15-20 years earlier
43 looks a like Masayoshi Takana's An Insatiable High
Cool choices all around. Indeed album art is a really particular kind visual media. I feel like some band's put very little thought into it - I guess I can't fault them - but those that do can really make an invariable identifier to their music.
Always sucks when the music is great and the cover is nothign special/bad, or sometimes vice versa (Yes comes to mind for the latter haha) |

Thanks buddy! I've tried fixing a few of those in these lists but the new artworks I add never seem to work with those albums which suffered an "artwork wipeout" some time ago. Even if the file fits the site rules
"Always liked 32, though I never listened to that album"
It's great stuff, specially if you're into new wave, but I wouldn't give it the classic status most people think of it
"43 looks a like Masayoshi Takana's An Insatiable High"
Cool observation! I hadn't noticed that. That one was on the list for 1977. Great album as well. I'd say I prefer this one though with its more dreamlike vibe
"Always sucks when the music is great and the cover is nothign special/bad, or sometimes vice versa (Yes comes to mind for the latter haha)"
So many albums which I've checked only because the cover intrigued me. Sad to see that a lot of cool music might go unnoticed by some because the artwork is unappealing
Glad to see you enjoy the list m8! |

06.30.22 | ya unfortunately only noticed your lists now as of part 10, but I’ll look out for the next one if you’re so inclined |
