robertsona 11.29.22	DEBUT: riyl noisy indie rock, group chants, tempo changes, lo-fi punky stuff, catchiness. highlights: "washington" is an easy pick, but everything is good II: riyl really compressed lo-fi sound, whimsical timbres, quick tunes, high pitched vocals. whole thing kind of has this alvin and the chipmunks feel. highlights: "knockout," "evening falls," "up!" REVENGE: riyl really slick pretty dreamy indie poprock. goes down so smooth. prob recommended as a first listen for those who like that kind of thing more than stuff with very rough edges. hilites: "albacore," "the snapper," "talk to your captor!"
