1Daz Dillinger
Dazamataz

2018 and daz drops a DOUBLE ALBUM that manages to be one of greatest records to date. still a great piece of work 5 years later that i appreciate even more now.
2Big Pokey
Sensei

I was very pleasantly surprised that after a 15 year gap Pokey came back with a solid album in 2021. His style is the same but the features bring some modern flavor into it in the beats are pretty decent as well.
3Snoop Dogg
Neva Left

As far as Snoopy since 2017, this is still his best album. I appreciate it a lot more now than I did when it came out but it has some classic Snoopy on it. I've always really dug the stretch of Nightfall to Toss It to 420 Blaze Up (one of his best songs) and Promise You This is a great throwback slab of west coast g rap and the cd bonus track Transition is highly recommended for being a new flavor for Snoop in a really good way. Don't really know how to describe it but it's GREAT.
4Mount Westmore
Snoop Cube 40 $hort

GREAT collaboration between these legends. It's the Rick Rock sound you'd expect from it and there's next to know depth but it's solid modern west coast hip hop and they all just have some of the best flows to put on regardless of what they're talking about.
5Mr. Criminal
Redemption, Pt. 1

The whole Redemption trilogy only comes out to be about an hour and a half, but it's one of his most inspired works in years. So many great highlights, particularly the smooth track Cruisin'. Great features, solid beats, and Mr. Criminal is so charismatic it's A GREAT TIME.
