Also yeah listen to Swans! I'd say When Will I Return? is pretty creepy. Also I Was a Prisoner In Your Skull and Avatar. So many good options

cylinder 01.15.24	Cool list. Hell to Pay was always one of my favorite Converge tracks. The effects on the vocals during the verses are so trippy/disorienting, and those huge, discordant chords that come crashing down after the second chorus are epic as fuck. Probably one of my favorite moments in metal

Dewinged 01.16.24	When I was a kid I was terrified of Pink Floyd's "The Wall". Something about that children chorus melody was really scary for me, so my dad had many a laugh terrorizing me with it. As per chill inducing albums, I rec this a lot but Diamanda Galas' "Lithanies of Satan" is a big nope for me. Switch off the lights, put on some headphones and try to listen all the way to the end.

AnimalForce1 01.19.24	I still think one of the creepiest songs I've heard to this day is "The Dead Flag Blues" by Godspeed You! Black Emperor. The opening monologue alone is one of the creepiest things I've ever heard in music. "East Hastings" from the same album is a good one as well, it was even featured in 28 Days Later
