Ryus 02.08.24	techno is usually more mechanical sounding than a genre like house, which emerged from disco listen to “energy flash” by joey beltram and then “can you feel it” by mr fingers, the former is a quintessential techno track and the latter a house track i assume the difference between techno and drum n bass/trance/jungle/etc is pretty clear

JohnnyoftheWell 02.11.24	lol in that case, keeping things relatively simple, i'd propose 1-track youtube mixes on the conditions that ・the description must contain 1) timestamps for each song and 2) a link to each individual song for reference ・songs are allowed a 2 second window of leeway for transitions ・NO adjustment of EQ/fade etc. ・volume can be adjusted at a uniform rate across individual tracks to provide a consistent level for the mix as a whole (but nothing more intricate than this!) think the minor advantages of the format are about proportional to the faff and effort it takes to make in that model
