Favorite Instrumental Djent

Greatest genre ever created, it feels like you're walking across Jupiter when you listen. No wonder a band was named that huh.
20Sithu Aye
Set Course for Andromeda

Barely qualifies as djent I'd say, but incredible songwriting and lead work.
19Chimp Spanner
At the Dream's Edge

An OG but has been surpassed in quality many times over.
18Pomegranate Tiger
Entities

Alright. I like others more.
17Divinex
Create. Affect. Repeat.

Fun little diddy.
16The Algorithm
Polymorphic Code

Very unique but not an absolute favorite.
15Widek
Dream Reflection

Really nice stuff but gets really formulaic and repetitive.
14Walking Across Jupiter
Scent

Solid and a classic.
13Mirar
Mare

A very fresh and exciting take on the genre. Very influenced by thall, it creates a sinister and alluring atmosphere.
12Jason Richardson
I

Wanky duh-jent album.
11Arch Echo
Arch Echo

Unbelievable melodicism.
10Vitalism
SY

Hey, you can dance to this!
9Daima
Resurgence

Absolute peak, it feels like you're driving along futuristic dystopia as you listen.
8Intervals
In Time

Still one of Intervals best, the melodies here are timeless.
7David Maxim Micic
BILO I (10th Anniversary Remaster)

A unique take, gorgeous ambiance.
6Earthside
A Dream In Static

Not entirely instrudjent but there's a few classic tunes that really fit into the subgenre.
5The Helix Nebula
Meridian

Insanely complex and somehow kind of coherent, insanity.
4Wide Eyes
Paradoxica

Probably the best paced instrudjent piece of work, every track on here feels like it adds something of value. The lead guitar playing is gorgeous.
3Modern Day Babylon
Travelers

Just a very solid album that perfectly conveys what the genre is all about.
2Animals As Leaders
Animals as Leaders

This is still probably the best AAL to be honest. So many songs are just iconic for the genre.
1Confusing Paradise
Qualia (Instrumental Version)

Just the zenith, do yourself a favor and listen to this bad boy. Yeah this is the instrumental version but it feels like this was meant to be instrumental, and it works a lot better as an instrumental piece.
