And I don't know, but Porcupine Tree might be on my dissapointment list. 2009 was THE year of disappointments.
I just wouldn't agree with Sci-Fi Crimes being one though. I liked that. |

11.05.09 | Call me crazy, but I liked 1. It took a few listens to grow on me, but it's just not the same record that they've released the last couple times out. This one's more about song writing than riffs and breakdowns.
The rest of these I can agree with, although I wasn't so disappointed by 6 (even if it's not as good as their previous work).
I would put Mastodon on here too. |

Haven't listened to much Fall of Troy yet.
Some people might say Regina Spektor but Far is the first album I got and it's in my top 5 now. |

Surprised nobody brought up Daisy, which is still excellent, but i don't know how it lives up to the hype for it
Also surprised: nobody put "crossing the rubicon" on here...i think its a solid album but so vastly inferior to "Living in America" and "Dying to Say this to You" that it might qualify as a disappointment |
