Inveigh 04.27.10	yea def needs Slaughter of the Soul, and once you hear Heartwork you'll wanna put that on here, it's awesome. I really like early Soilwork too, mainly The Chainheart Machine, but A Predator's Portrait is a close second.

vanderb0b 04.27.10	Josh, The Sound of Perseverance is one of my favorite albums, I just don't think Death is melodeath. Looking back at the list, 1 isn't exactly melodeath either. I haven't listened to Insomnium yet, but I definitely will

mcg182 05.14.10	Dude, like the other bands, but Atheist is melodic death metal. They're TECHNICAL death metal, with jazz fusion. God, I hate it when people keep confusing technical death metal with melodic death metal. To everybody, Opeth, Death, and Cryptopsy are technical death metal, not melodic, and In Flames, At the Gates, and Dark Tranquillity are melodic death metal, not technical. So fix your lists.

fatlip27 05.23.10	Darkest Hour getting some love? Great! I just saw them live last month and they were fantastic opening up for The Dillinger Escape Plan. However, if I were to put one album from them, it would be Hidden Hands of the Sadist Nation. But Deliver Us is also awesome.
