liledman 05.23.10	um... 10? theres definitely some top notch stuff here, but you are missing a few i would consider essential... namely autopsy

Bleekill 05.23.10	I realize I have death/grind and a melodeath album, I'm saying these are the essential albums to me. The ones that got me into dm and some of my favorites.
Bleekill 05.23.10	Basically, I'm not trying to make an ALL classic death metal album list. I did go through the classics when I started exploring the genre so a lot of those are important. I still see Terrorizer and Carcass more on the DM side of things, they belong on the list.
FadeToBlack 05.23.10	not really because they're grind, not dm well okay you could just get away with Terrorizer becayse they have some dm influence but Reek Of Putrefaction is a grind album through and through
Bleekill 05.23.10	I disagree because of song length and the use of solos. Early grind to me is like Napalm Death and Repulsion. So I would say Terrorizer is more purely grind than Carcass. Either way they are death/grind and belong on the list. As for Autopsy, yeah they rule but tbh I didn't check them out til like a year ago, so I didn't put them on the list. This is shit I've liked since high school.
