StreetlightRock 05.31.10	Heh, yeah, I have heard it, it's one of the few critic darling albums that for some reason irks me. Which is funny, because I usually love the sort of music they do. Can't place my finger on it.

StreetlightRock 05.31.10	Parades are my most exciting find this year, mostly 'cause they're from my backyard. And I usually find most Aussie music boring. They're indie pop I guess, but they don't quite sound like anyone else - they've got a very clean sound, but they manage to do it with gorgeous, cascading layers of harmony and some great songwriting. They're doing something new without being weird or eclectic for the sake of it, and it's so fucking refreshing.
