I thought they were all great, but the show did change over time. For example, the first season relied mostly on offensive jokes, while the rest had more awkward silence joke. This change was mostly due to the change the writers did with Michael. In the first season, he was bold, offensive, and rude. In the next seasons, he was noticeably less offensive and more of a dork.
On a side note, has anyone ever noticed the drastic change in Andy's character? When he was introduced he was an annoying jackass, but in the season after that he was a nerdy nice guy who played banjo. |

06.05.10 | @Counterfeit damn... your right. I remember watching an episode with Jan and noticed the change. Now i'm noticing a lot of changes in characters. Kelly might have had the most noticeable change, she became a completely annoying valley girl from an almost unnoticeable role (other then when she slapped Michael in the Diversity Day episode).
also, Steve Carell lost a ton of weight after season 1. |

Oh shit, I almost forgot how Kevin went from the weird dude in the corner to actually expressing how weird, and surprisingly shallow he really is. |
