VicariousIntent 06.06.10	Well I'm a drummer too (I'm vocals and keys in this band though), but this is ridiculous. We've gone through like 4 drummers, and they've all been dicks to us. It's just really frustrating to put so much into a band and get nothing back. Thank you for the recommendations though all, I really appreciate it. fr33convict, sucks that we're in the same boat, but misery loves company, eh?

R6Rider 06.06.10	I feel ya bro. Our guitarist just quit 3 weeks ago and we have shows lined up. And it doesn't look like we are going to find a replacement any time soon.
PearlDrummer20 06.06.10	Title made me frown, but after reading the description, I don't blame you. Although I am tired of the whole "all drummers are douche bags" thing. I've never left a band, some projects just fall through. I've actually formed half the bands I'm in (I'm in 4) and we're all understanding on what we need to learn and stuff. I completely agree with KILL when he said "nothing to do with being a drummer, the guys just a prick".

UnnamedOcean 06.06.10	The drummer of Oceansize is freaking amazing. Perfect example of a class A drummer because of the huge influence he has on the music. I'm a drummer myself, and I would never bail on someone before a gig. I guess it all just comes down to making sure you get the right guy. A cooperative person who learns fast.

SteelErectedb4you8er 06.06.10	Sounds like a drummer! I have only had a couple reliable drummers in my days, they are few and far between, but in most cases, what happened to you is what drummers do.

WeepingBanana 06.06.10	i'm a drummer and i really really want to leave my band just because i'm so sick and tired of drums. and we've been doing covers for like 3 years... and nothing is more boring than cover a song on drums
