Strangely, I'm really hooked on this album. "1983", "Sins Of My Youth" and "Animal" all rule. Probably (and surprisingly) this is slowly edging its way into my top of 2010 albums

My favorite Summoning album. The chorus in "Long Lost to Where No Pathway Goes" is one of the most epic things ever recorded.

Far Places

A very hard band to give a definition in terms of how they sound. Catchy and poppy, the band ranges from sounding like The Jackson 5 to the Cars and everything in between. This 1998 indie rock release not only is way ahead of its time but an underrated gem in the genre.

Although I have been listening to the his full-lengths a ton, I like some of the electronic bits that they add to some of the songs. Plus "So This Is Goodbye" remains to be a song a can relate too on a high level.
