witchxrapist 03.31.11	I've done vocals in various metalcore, grind, death metal, hardcore, what have you projects in my day, and m now branching out to clean singing after seven years scrammin. My screaming style was heavily shaped by what I heard in the bands above.
witchxrapist 03.31.11	I'd totally join a band like BMTH, that would be so fun. The best part about being a band is getting the crowd to move, and I bet being in a fauxcore band like that would totally bring the mosh.
fr33convict 03.31.11	I'm in a band right now as the guitarist and I do backup singing and screaming. My singing is influenced by Opeth, Muse, Alice and Chains, Alter Bridge, and Emery. My influences as a screamer are Opeth, Nile, and Entombed.

bloc 03.31.11	I play lead guitar and sing sometimes in my band but most of it tends to be instrumental. We play rock, blues, jazz, and black metal. QOTSA is a big influence both musically and vocally (when I actually sing).

widowslaugh123 03.31.11	Used to sing and scream in a lot of bands. mostly shitty screamo/hardcore/post/hardcore stuff but a lot of experimental and more electronic stuff also. been told i sound like a shitty version of a Johnny Whitney meets Cedric bixler meets Anthony Green mashup.

LG 03.31.11	I scream, in a band similar to Eyes Set to Kill except with better vocals overall. Influences would be: The Arusha Accord, Dry Kill Logic, Herbrightskies, and of course Eyes Set to Kill.

Strider 03.31.11	I sing mostly now, I have a very punk-ish voice, and sound a lot like Gillepsie in my high notes. I don't play in a band anymore, but I like metalcore, post-hardcore, and pop punk singing a lot. As for my screams, I need to work on them again, but they sounded a lot like those from BFMV, I'm trying to make them a bit more hardcore

Wolfhorde 03.31.11	Meaning your technical abilities suck. Work on them. Or learn throat singing, it's one of the best basics for a good technical growl and having a feeling for what you're doing.
UnnamedOcean 03.31.11	I'm so self conscious that I never really have sung for people. But I have good intonality and technique. Just don't know how people think of my singing voice. I prefer a more alternative rock or indie style. Mike Vennart, Ian Kenny and the guys from Minus the Bear and Vessels are some good influences. I tried screaming once. Never again.

I like the screechy highs that mitch lucker and tim russell from rose funeral do, so those have influneced my screaming too. i would say as sad as this is, that most deathcore bands have influenced my tone. I like going high, reallly low, and having burly mids haha

danielito19 04.18.11	I sing and scream, I have a really skramzy scream. by that I mean it sounds like shit and needs to be backed up by the fact that it's passionate. My singing is really classical influenced because I did choir from grade school through high school, and I don't know how to sing any other way. and I am in a band.
BirdlikeSymmetry 04.18.11	I cover the three harsh vocal ranges. High, mid & low. I can almost get a Hecate Enthroned shriek going, but its insanely difficult. My lows have hit the level of Cameron Argon these last few months, which I am ecstatic about. All done via Fry technique.
EasternLight 04.18.11	I was in various choirs from age 5 to 19, including the vienna boys' choir. At 18, I played in a metalcore band, where I sang and screamed, and wrote solo electronic music on the side with few vocals in it. Now I don't sing nearly as much, but try to maintain what skill I still have.
