Favorite Songs?

Hello Sputnikers, people of discerning music tastes. I would like to know your favorite song(s). I figure you guys are picky with your music, so your favorite songs must be really awesome. List is my own favorite songs in chronological order.
1Fort Minor
Remember the Name

My first favorite song. I didn't really listen to music until I was about 12 for whatever reason, and like most teenagers, I listened to mainstream crap. This was the NBA playoffs song and was on NBA Live '06, so yeah I loved it. I guess it foreshadowed my future love for Linkin Park (Mike Shinoda), who would end up making me a fan of rock.
2Skillet
Comatose

Fastforward to 2008. My friend rec'd me a bunch of mainstream rock (LP, TDG, Skillet, etc.)after telling him liked some LP songs. Out of all the songs I listened to, this one jumped out of me. It's still a personal favorite.
3Red
Pieces

Early 2009, I heard Red for the first time. To this day, they remain (somewhat) my favorite band. Again, it continued the mainstream sound, but I started to deviate from the generic post-grunge crap. Trying to find music as emotionally captivating (okay that was cheesy) caused me to end up here, which would change everything.
4Dashboard Confessional
Hands Down

Skip to late 2009. I was only a lurker on Sputnik still, and most of my recs came from my friend. By this time, the whole mainstream rock (Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, etc.) sound wasn't cutting it. I didn't embrace the emo sound really, but I started shifting towards a more emotional sound in music (hence Dashboard).
5Death Cab for Cutie
I Will Follow You Into the Dark

One of my favorite songs by DCFC, I originally heard it on the local radio station and immediately loved it. As I started to learn it on guitar, I liked the song even more. This was kind of a transition for me, as at its peak, I didn't like it as much as my previous favorite songs. So for a while, I was kind of meh about having a favorite song.
6Anberlin
(*fin)

I always liked Anberlin from what I heard, but thanks to this site (2011) I decided to really check them out. For some reason I skipped (*fin) on my first play through of Cities, and when I went to re-listen, I was absolutely blown away. Absolutely amazing song.
