| High School... Revisited
today i've been listening to the albums i used to love in high school, only some of the bands i still love as much and some stuff was terrible but hey i was just a kid. oh and being ill sucks. | 1 | | Saosin Translating The Name
I had completely forgoten about this one due to the terrible mediocraty they've fallen into as of late but wow this is an amazing Ep, every song is great. | 2 | | Senses Fail Let It Enfold You
This album is extreamely nostagic for me and still sounds pretty amazing, although its not as good as the later albums, this and the first ep hold up pretty well today, this is one of the bands i still love today as they were able to grow with me i guess. | 3 | | Taking Back Sunday Tell All Your Friends
Although i dont listen to them at all now i still have a huge soft spot for this album. which brings me onto no.4 | 4 | | Brand New Deja Entendu
while this album isnt as ground breaking or mature as TDAG it makes up for it in the fact that the stripped back songs are raw and emotional, TDAG is now my favourite but this will always have a special place for introducing me to this amazing band. | 5 | | Funeral For A Friend Hours
although casualy dressed is deemed a classic by many, this is the album that i fell in love with FFAF for, and seeing them live last week and hearing the new album confirmed that they are still as amazing as ever, they just hid it for a little while. | 6 | | Hawthorne Heights The Silence In Black And White
ok now this album isnt all bad, it is quite catchy at times but goddamnit its so lazy in the songwriting and those lyrics are so awkward and cliche, one of the worse bands in this list. | 7 | | Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain
anyone else remember hearing this for the first time and being hit by jonny craigs powerful as hell first note? i do, and i feel the same way every time i hear this, its never lost its impact on me, such a shame about his voice now. | 8 | | Underoath They're Only Chasing Safety
It has some appeal but realy alot of filler tracks here i feel, still a handfull of awesome songs though. | 9 | | Lostprophets Start Something
yes they are pretty bad now but this is a good album with realy no filler that i can see. | 10 | | Less Than Jake Hello Rockview
i started listening to less than jake near the end of high school, they realy got me into punk and hardcore and pop punk which now make up the most of my current music tastes, props to less than jake, still one of my favourite bands. | |

11.02.11 | I'm actually in my high school, right now, in digital media class. Some of these suck, some of these rock face. | Zorak
11.02.11 | very cool list man | elusive
11.02.11 | First half is still awesome. The latter is pretty bad, minus LTJ. Funny, 1,2, and 3 are the only albums I thoroughly enjoy by those bands entire discog. | FromDaHood
11.02.11 | All of these high school lists are like my middle school years. Y'all are old. | foreverendeared
11.02.11 | Let It Enfold You is their best album and Lostprophets newest album is the best they've written. /opinions | deathofasalesman
11.02.11 | Deja Entendu is still my favorite Brand New. Almost a 5 right there. Never gets old. | KotoFtw
11.02.11 | I was into the first 7 in highschool. I still listen to 6 every night as I fall asleep. How gay is that? | FromDaHood
