12.19.11 | Sydney show was awesome. Mike is fucking hilarious, the Heritage setlist went off better than I thought, and the few drunk idiots calling for growls in the crowd were silenced quickly.
Would've liked to have heard some Ghost Reveries, but still.
And Quiet Child are fucking fabulous. Bought both their discs. Reccomended, dude.

12.19.11 | I went to the show in Calgary and I was kind of annoyed with the hecklers until Opeth did their 3rd acoustic song. "WHERE'S THE METAL?!?". If I had a seat In like a fancy theater it would have been amazing. It also doesn't help that they stopped serving beer before Opeth went on...I was on the verge of falling asleep. |
