| Krazytom's 10 Best Death Metal Albums Of All Time
Getting tired of my lists? Well here's another one, I'll make the
descriptions for this shorter and less dumb | 10 | | Death Individual Thought Patterns
Can't be Death Metal without Death! And that's where we start things off,
really high level of musicianship and technicality comes with one of the best
Death lineups of all time, a really powerful record with some great riffs and
no filler songs to be found, a truly superb album | 9 | | Disillusion Back To Times Of Splendor
Could also be considered prog, but for now I' throwin it here. A really great
range of sounds on this record, from brutality to melody to tranquility, all
courtesy of some truly great musicianship | 8 | | Suffocation Pierced from Within
Speed, power, brutality, really all i can say about this one, love the title
track and breeding the spawn | 7 | | Suffocation Effigy of the Forgotten
With PFW was speed with brutality, EotF is all about melody mixed with
brutality. Definitely Suffo's best, the first 3 songs and Jesus Wept are some
of their all time best songs | 6 | | Morbid Angel Altars of Madness
Love the guitar sound of this album, love the drums, love everything about it | 5 | | Death The Sound of Perseverance
One of death metal's finest records, an AMAZING cover of Judas Priest's
Painkiller, one of Death's groovier albums, love songs like Spirit Crusher,
Flesh and the Power it holds, and Harvester of Human Sorrow | 4 | | Death Human
Another great line-up for death, possibly their best ever, a lot of catchy riffs,
some amazing work from the rhythm section, and some of Chucks best
vocals and lyrics of any Death record, a real all-around mature record from
these guys | 3 | | Cryptospy None So Vile
How can I not include this album? One of the most brutal albums I've ever
heard, with some excellent, bone-crushing riffs, amazing stuff from my
dawg Lord Worm, as well as a great all-around effort from every member of
this band. Love this album | 2 | | Immolation Close to a World Below
The blueprint of brutal death metal, dark, crushing, just all-around brutal | 1 | | Death Symbolic
Yeah this list should pretty much be a Death ranked list, but whatever,
Death is just too awesome. Death's best mix of prog and death metal
elements, with some amazing instrumentals to boot. Chuck's vocals sound
great as always. Sweet and innovative riffs, this album truly has
everything, and that's why its #1. Every song is a standout, but love the
title track as well as the last 3 songs on the album | |

02.24.12 | These are all great albums, but it makes it look you've only heard five death metal bands in your life. | TheFonz123
02.24.12 | demilich-nespithe
funebram-the sleep of morbid dreams
ulcerate-everything is fire | eternium

02.24.12 | btw the way your profile pick has wacka flocka flame dressed comically similar to willy wonka just letting you know | Katechon
02.24.12 | The only Death album on this list that deserves to be here is Human. |
